Details of SH-RD Membership Gifts

Membership Rewards Details
1. The shopping credit is used for calculation by SH-RD members’ discounting consumption system, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any equivalent value.

2. After logging in, SH-RD members can go to [My Account] to view the current membership level discounts and account shopping credit information.

3. When you join SH-RD for the first time, you can get RM20 shopping credit, which will be directly credited to your member account. (Each group of accounts is limited to one time to join the membership shopping bonus for the first time/Enjoy RM20 shopping credit when you spend RM199 or above )

4. The RM20 birthday gift shopping bonus will be directly credited to your member account at 12:00 am on the "day" of the member's birthday. (Example: If you are a birthday star on 2/1, you must join the membership before 1/31. If you join the membership after 2/1, the birthday gift will be sent the following year)

5. SH-RD member shopping gold points can be used from the effective date. The validity period depends on the use period stipulated in the rules of each wave of activities. Overdue points are automatically reset to zero. The expired points cannot be extended, or required to be returned or exchanged for cash.

6. SH-RD member shopping gold cannot be deducted including: logistics fee, shipping fee and other expenses.

7. If the order is redeemed against the shopping credit but cancelled or returned for no reason (not due to the defect of the product itself), the credited shopping credit will not be refunded.

8. SH-RD reserves the right to reserve, revise, suspend and change the details of the activities at any time without prior notice.
